VersaUV LEF-300 Helps Genr8 Printing Expand Into New Revenue Streams

Established in 2008 as Genr8 Entertainment, digital print service provider Genr8 Printing specialises in the development of premium print solutions for local businesses in the Australia. The company produces a wide range of small and large format print products for their growing customer base.

Genr8 Printing designs and prints all their products in-house, including small format jobs ranging from business cards and flyers to larger print jobs such as posters and wallpaper. Owner Yianni Moratidis recently decided to expand the company’s product range and purchased a Roland VersaUV LEF-300 benchtop UV printer to give customers “a little bit of something extra”.

Yianni and his team have been impressed with the variety of custom applications they can produce with the LEF-300, as it allows them to print to a wide range of surfaces and substrates including glass, acrylic, leather, tiles and so on. As Yianni puts it, “you name it, we can print on it.” For example, for the renovation of a local business, Genr8 Printing printed directly from the LEF-300 onto tiles to create a custom look for his client’s bar area. With a printer that he has found easy-to-use and delivering a quick turnaround on jobs, Genr8 Printing’s customers can “get what they want, when they want.”
