ECO-SOL MAX Features

Fast drying times increases productivity

ECO-SOL MAX ink allows quick drying graphics on a wide variety of substrates that are highly durable and can be handled as they roll off your printer. This advantage increases productivity and allows ink to perform with take-up roller systems for long, unattended production runs, even in high-speed mode.

Ideal for use outdoors

ECO-SOL MAX ink is formulated for lasting performance, with outdoor durability of up to three years, without lamination.* It is scratch resistant for use on outdoor applications that typically involve complex finishing and maintains image quality during finishing processes that include welding, sewing and the attachment of grommets.

* The life span for outdoor use is based on accelerated weather testing. Results may vary depending on the location, media and the application. Lamination is necessary for some applications and weather conditions.

ECO-SOL MAX ink boosts the performance of Roland DG machines and due to lower ink consumption, faster drying times and greater ink coverage, delivers lower running costs that both you and your customers will appreciate.

Safe-to-use without special ventilation or environmental equipment, the ink’s GREENGUARD Gold Certification also includes safety factors that ensure a product is acceptable for use in environments like schools and hospitals.

The ECO-SOL MAX range of ink is designed for performance with Roland VersaWorks Dual RIP software. To further enhance print quality across a variety of applications, you can download a vast range of media profiles from the Roland Profile Center. It’s free to register and easy-to-use.

Bigger cartridges meet production demands

ECO-SOL MAX ink is available in CMYK, Lc, Lm, Lk, white and metallic colours. Designed for clean-hands handling, cartridges are available in 440cc (ECO-SOL MAX and ECO-SOL MAX 2) and 500cc (ECO-SOL MAX 3), sized to meet the needs of customers running busy print shops.^ 220cc cartridges are also available for customers with low usage requirements.*

^Metallic and white ink options available in 220cc cartridges only.

*440cc / 500 cc cartridges are available in CMYK, Lc, Lm and Lk. 220cc cartridges are available in CMYK.

 

Roland DG Machines – Powered by ECO-SOL MAX

ECO-SOL MAX 2 or 3 ink can be used with:*

  • VersaSTUDIO BN-20 Series Printer/Cutters – CMYK + White and Metallic Ink**
  • VersaCAMM VS-i Printer/Cutters – CMYKLcLm + Light Black, White and Metallic Ink
  • SOLJET XR-640 Printer/Cutter – CMYKLcLm + Light Black, White and Metallic Ink
  • VersaEXPRESS RF-640 Printer – CYMK Ink

Please note that white/metallic options are only available in ECO-SOL MAX 2 (but can be used in conjunction with ECO-SOL MAX 3 CMYK, Lc, Lm and Lk inks).
